Agamemnon was one of the two sons of Atreus, the king of Mycenae. His father was murdered by his brother for revenge for what Atreus did to his two sons. Agamemnon and Menelaus left to Greek city-state Sparta. Where the king of Sparta found refuge and protected them. Then he gave them blessing to take his daughters hands in marriages. Agamemnon later went back to Mycenae and killed his uncle to take the throne back, as his brother took the thrown to Sparta after Tyndareus died.
Myth-Journey to Troy
He set sail to Troy, to get Helen back from the Prince Paris of Troy who took his brother's wife. Agamemnon was informed by a prophet that he has offended the goddess Artemis. In order for him to make them happy he had to sacrifice he most beautiful daughter (Iphigenia). Once he sacrificed his daughter to the Coast to the goddess the winds began to blow allowing him to sail to Troy.

Achilles- Him and Achilles didn't get along the greatest because he ran the army but Achilles fought for himself and his men not for the Greek army. So, they were in a lot of conflicts. Menelaus- Brother of Agamemnon. King of Sparta and husband of Helen. Atreus- Father of Agamemnon. Was murdered by his brother when Agamemnon was young Clytemnestra- Wife of Agamemnon. Father was the king of Sparta. Helen-wife of Agamemnon's brother Menelaus. Most beautful women in the world. Hector- Prince of Troy and leader of Trojan army who fought against the Greek army. Paris- Took Helen away from Agamemnon's brother which brought upon the Trojan war
Death
When Agamemnon was fighting in Troy back at home Agigisthos seduced the queen into loving him so that when he comes back she is done with him. When he returned with a prophetess Cassandra and this made Clytemnestra mad so she wanted to murder both of them. The cousin caught Agamemnon and stabbed him, while the Queen killed Cassandra. Agamemnon's son avenged his fathers murder by killing Clytemnestra and Agigisthos.
